In a brand new Datamar poll, Huckabee has advanced to second place in New York, with 13.6% of the vote, compared to 7.8% in November:
A poll released today by Datamar Inc., shows Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani in the lead with 35.7%, in the New York presidential primary. Former Governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, has moved to second place with 13.6%. U.S. Senator from Arizona, John McCain is third with 11.3%. Former Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney, is in fourth place with 9.9. Findings are based on a December 2 - 8, 2007 , survey of New York voters.

You almost have to concede New York to Giuliani. I'd be surprised if he didn't win New York. Being in second there is good though - do you know if New York is a all or nothing state when it comes to its delegates?

The local delegates in New York are all-or-nothing, but there are also "at large" delegates that might be inclined to vote as the party bosses direct.
